Ashlee Rubino, Co-President
Ashlee and her husband have proudly called St. Charles home since 2016. A former neurobiology researcher turned stay-at-home mom, she now stays active in the Fox Ridge community as a frequent substitute teacher. Outside of school, Ashlee spends her time chauffeuring her three energetic "foxes"—a 5th, 3rd, and 1st grader—to their various sports and activities. She loves cheering on her daughters at the rink during their hockey games, supporting her son at Special Olympics events, and supporting Fox Ridge.
Juan Bazan, Co-President

Juan is a dad of a 4th grader and a preschooler and is a husband to a wonderful nurse. He works from home as an eCommerce Marketplace Manager and has over 15 years of experience in live event production. Working from home allows him to have plenty of time to spend with his family an be an active member in the community.

Steven is a high school special education teacher with over 13 years of experience. He is also a proud parent of two amazing daughters currently in 2nd and 4th grade. He has been involved with the PTO for the past three years and has loved coordinating our annual Science Night. He is excited to help support the school community be assisting with the coordination of the incredible events throughout the year.

Kristin has called St. Charles home for the past 7 years. She and her husband are raising two Foxes - a 3rd grader and a 1st grader! Kristin works in D303 and holds a degree in Fine Arts which she uses to run an after school art club at Fox Ridge. She started as a co-room parent and is now honored to continue serving as the PTO Secretary for a 2nd consecutive year.
Chi Kersten, General Board Member
Chi is excited to be a PTO General Board Member and continue being involved in the Fox Ridge community! She is currently in her second year as a Special Education Resource Paraprofessional and also a busy mom of five, with kids ranging from 1st grade to high school. Chi looks forward to continuing to help coordinate fun events like Raffle & Bingo Night and Teacher Appreciation Week! She is looking forward to another great year supporting Fox Ridge students, staff, families.
Michelle Shea, General Board Member
Michelle is a mom to three girls - Lucie, a kindergartner, and Violet, a 3rd grader at Fox Ridge, and Fiona, a 7th grader at Wredling Middle School. Michelle is a graduate of Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana, and worked in sales and marketing at Morningstar Inc. for 10 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. In 2018, the Sheas made St. Charles their home. Michelle enjoys being involved in the school community and spending time with her family.
